Great position. We managed to get in the very peak part of the season for the reasonable price. Recommendations for places to eat were flawless. Ana, thanks for helping us out and be there for us.
The place was clean and centrally located. I don't think we met the actual host but a nice young woman who seemed to help manage the property met us at the bus station. She was nice, responsive, and the place came with a booklet of helpful information. The place is tiny but I think you can tell from the pictures and we didn't expect anything different. Overall, if you're certain you want to stay in Komiza, the place has a good location and is very clean. That said, I think that the islanders are, understandably, not happy with the mass amount of tourists that have disturbed the peace and quiet of their town. We left a day early not because we didn't like the apartment but because Komiza was incredibly overcrowded with tourists and the islanders were very rude to us (not including our host). We felt like intruders who were not welcome. Maybe it's because we went in August, I don't know what it's like during other times of the year. We were hoping for a romantic getaway but we just felt trapped in a tiny town swarming with tourists and pissed off locals. Thumbs up on the apartment, thumbs down on Komiza (at least in August).
Everything was perfect. Great location, very friendly host Ana, modern and bright apartment with all facilities.
Very close to everything and lovely and clean house. Very modern! The loft was very warm that we knew but location of AC was right next to you face on sofa bed which made it impossible to have it on while sleeping.
